Since 2009, Close HR Connections has been providing cost-effective Human Resources Coaching and Consulting services focused on serving growing start-ups and small businesses in the Triangle Area that need fractional, as needed HR support as the business evolves. We join your team as an ally and an advocate working with you to design and execute your HR Game Plan. We will support and guide you in each phase of the plan by providing HR Coaching and Consulting services to your team, developing Defensive Strategies to tackle compliance issues, designing Offensive Strategies to help you build your team and take care of them, and creating Special Team Strategies to differentiate you as the leader in your market place.

Ann Close is an HR Game Planner and Managing Partner of Close HR Connections. Through the Society of Human Resources Association (SHRM), Ann is a certified Professional Human Resource, (PHR) professional. She has 20+ years of HR experience as an HR Generalist working in start-up tech firms, corporate headquarters, and small, local businesses. Ann is experienced in developing HR Game Plans for businesses which include Defensive, Offensive, and Special Teams strategies that work in conjunction with the business goals of the company. Ann is an active member and volunteer with the Raleigh/Wake Human Resources Management Association, the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and is a volunteer leader serving at Hope Community Church. Ann is an avid sports fan and enjoys college basketball, college & pro football, and baseball. She also enjoys spending time with family in the Triangle area, facilitating “HR 101” classes for small businesses, watching Classic TV, and participating in activities at Hope Community Church.
